MEET BRIDGET
Bridget is a registered psychologist, yoga and meditation guide. She is passionate about working with people both individually and in group settings to heal holistically and optimise their wellbeing. Bridget understands first-hand the transformative power of a consistent yoga and meditation practice for more conscious and embodied living.
Bridget’s offerings include: 1-1 body-mind therapy, body-mind evidence-based group therapies including trauma sensitive yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra, online yoga and meditation sessions, training, and supervision.
Bridget is currently a PhD candidate - studying the effectiveness of a trauma sensitive yoga intervention with survivors of sexual violence presenting with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related disorders.
Bridget believes that living a healthy, meaningful and fulfilling life should be at the core of human existence. She is holistic in her approach – providing support services that strive to enhance and maintain physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. She believes that true wellbeing is only possible when we are linked and connected to our bodies and inner-selves.
Her main goal is to educate, support and empower everyone she works with. She is committed to helping people realise their potential and achieve vibrant health and wellbeing!
