Trauma Sensitive Yoga
The main objective of Trauma Sensitive Yoga is to use gentle yoga forms and movement in a safe space to help you notice what you feel in your body and help you make choices about what to do with your body based upon what you feel.
iRest® Yoga Nidra Mindfulness and Meditation
This course is based on iRest yoga Nidra meditation which is a contemporary, evidence-based meditation.

Bridget offers online trauma informed yoga / embodied movement
and 1-on-1 meditation online. Sessions can run anywhere from 30 minutes - 60 minutes. An initial 15 minute phone conversation will be required to see your suitability for this service.
Community Classes
iRest® Yoga Nidra @ Basecamp Power Yoga.
This is an open monthly drop- in community class. Each class will deliver the full 10 step iRest protocol. Whilst no iRest® or meditation experience is necessary, those who have completed a 6 or 8 week course may have a deeper understanding of the process.

An Introduction to Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)
Bridget has been facilitating trauma sensitive yoga groups for four years with her colleague Sandra Palmer, and is a certified facilitator with the Trauma Center. She is available to facilitate these trainings in-person as well as online.
Supervision
Bridget is available to provide supervision to clinicians, has experience supervising individuals working in the wellness industry and has supervised students on placement.
